Consultation Booking Terms And Conditions
- All Bookings are subject to availability and must be made at least 2 business days in advance.
- All consultations will be done during the companies operating hours Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays and when the company is closed for holidays) 08:00-16:30.
- Consultation may be done in person or via Microsoft Teams. Please indicate which you prefer.
- Depending on the nature of the matter , the average consultation duration is 2 hours. Please note this will be determined as per the sole professional discretion of the legal professional and consultations may end up being longer or shorter than the average time mentioned.
- In the event of a consultation being cancelled for whatever reason on the part of the client , fifty percent (50%) of the consultation fee is non-refundable.
- In the event of a consultation being cancelled on the part of the company communicated in writing by way of any reasonable method, the client shall have the option of rescheduling the appointment or be fully reimbursed.
